  • At this time Restore Health and Wellness LLC does not take insurance. We operate as a private pay practice so we can offer longer visits, personalized care, and treatment plans that are not restricted by insurance limitations.

    Traditional insurance-based care can restrict how much time providers spend with patients, how often they follow up, and what treatment options are available. Too often, patients leave appointments feeling dismissed or told everything looks “normal,” even when they don’t feel well.

  • Yes, many clients are able to use insurance benefits for certain services.

    Based on your specific plan, you may be able to:

    • Use insurance for lab work ordered through an in-network lab

    • Submit receipts for potential out-of-network reimbursement (also know as superbills)

    We’re happy to provide detailed, itemized receipts to support these options.
